I opted in last year, do I still need to do it again?
Directory opt-ins do not rollover year after year. Families are required at the beginning of each school year to opt in once if they want to be included for that school year’s directory. If you have an existing account on Membership Tool Kit (MTK), it’s still active but you’ll need to update your family info and also opt in to the directory yearly.
Do I have to opt in?
Opting in is not mandatory. But being included in the directory means access to contact info, which makes it convenient to connect with classmates and Baywood families. Also, the printed directory has useful information such as staff info, class lists and a campus map.
I opted in, now what?
Hooray! Now it’s easy to stay in touch with the school and Baywood families. You’ll have immediate access to the digital directory at baywoodpta.org/directory and receive a printed booklet version as well.
How do I get a printed directory?
Families will receive ONE complimentary printed directory, typically given to the oldest sibling at school if you have more than one child at Baywood. Expect directories to go home with your child the week before Fall Break.
What happens if I miss the Sept 6 deadline?
Your family info will not be included and listed in the printed directory, but you’ll still be able to opt in any time in the school year and be added to the digital directory. The online version updates on a rolling basis.
I’m thinking about placing an ad, what's next?
Ads are only available in the printed directory. Reach out to directory@baywoodpta.org for more information such as pricing and ad file requirements. All ads are in black and white, and vendors will be given a proof before going to print.
I can’t access the online directory!
Please ensure you have a registered account on MTK and have opted in to the directory. Only registered users and families who have opted in will have access to view the digital directory. If you still can’t access, please contact VPTech@baywoodpta.org.
